Crafted for placement against a wall on a shelf or side table, this wireless speaker offers a vibrant acoustic performance. Despite its compact size, it delivers remarkable sound quality. Its interior profile gracefully balances atop a natural wood base. Rooted in Scandinavian minimalism, the design’s simplicity starkly contrasts with its powerful, raw sound output. Divided into two distinct components, Beosound Balance embodies opulent design as an interior object. We collaborated on the design with Benjamin Hubert of Layer Design, a creative studio from London highly specialised not only in design but also in creating unique user interfaces.

Its beamforming technology ensures focused sound delivery, offering directed listening from any angle, all within a single device.
Sound Performance
Beosound Balance’s sound system comprises two 5.25” bass drivers ensuring robust bass output, two 2” full-range drivers, and a 3/4 tweeter positioned in the front for precise, well-defined sound reproduction. Additionally, two 3” full-range drivers placed at the rear serve as sound enhancers.
Active Room Compensation
Beosound Balance features Active Room Compensation functionalities that enhance the audio experience by dynamically adjusting the speaker’s settings according to its placement within the room. This feature actively adapts the speaker’s tuning to compensate for varying acoustic environments, ensuring an optimized sound output.

Featuring a tactile user interaction and light-through-aluminum design for a discreet appearance and a touch of enchantment, Beosound Balance incorporates built-in proximity sensors to welcome interaction as you approach. This ensures that controls only surface when necessary. Upon stepping away, the controls gently dim, revealing the meticulously crafted aluminum surface once again.
