Delivery Times
Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. Al di là Lux cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we’ll try to minimize any potential delays. Depending on your location, our orders can be delivered by different couriers like USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Order Processing and Handling Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email customerservice@aldilalux.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement of the damaged or defective item.
