RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a return, please email orders@aldilalux.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return label and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Returned items must comply with our return policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
- Final sale items are non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Faulty items
If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, please contact our Customer Service Advocates at customerservice@aldilalux.com. We’ll arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, it can take up to 7 calendar days to process. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
